6/27/2020 · In order to dock an HV to an SV ensure they are of the same faction, and the HV must have a docking panel where it can touch the SV. The SV does not need a docking panel. SV Ships landed inside a base on landing gear are considered docked to the base and cannot have other ships docked to them unless lifted off slightly.
